ARME has all the latest state of the art manufacturing facility required to produce quality chilling plants. This factory is located in the fast growing industrial belt in Gujrat near Ahmadabad city. With set up area of 16000 sq.feet and separate area to handle service, sales, marketing, administration and finance.

In House Manufacturing Facility of Heat Exchangers:

Experienced engineers create heat exchanger designs using high precision design software, which are then validated in international standards. We also make sure that our designs are energy efficient for optimum heat transfer.

Fin and Tube:

Our sophisticated coil shops have some of the most advanced machines. The Burr Oak coil line produces energy efficient DX heat exchangers. These have platin or enhanced split fins with grooved copper tubes for maximum heat transfer efficiency. We source plain and inner grooved copper tubes with coated aluminum fin stock of international quality from leading manufacturers to fit our specifications

Shell and Tube:

we have shell and tube heat exchangers made with specially enhanced surface copper tubes and shell design as per TEMA standards. We use Heat Transfer Research Inc. (HTRI design software for these heat exchangers)

Economy By Design:

The company’s team of engineers designs the machines for smooth functioning, allowing no or minimal waste of power. For instance, ARMEC optimizes the structure and configuration of most chilling plants so that functionality and desired output become a continuum, eliminating the need of interruption for inspection or snags. These manufacturing approaches eliminate downtime.

The Testing Facility:

Before dispatch, each plant goes under LOAD TESTING with water flow meter and RUNNING TEST, depending upon capacity for minimum 6 hours to 72 hours. This ensures only tested plants are delivered to you. We are pioneer in the measurement of efficiency in chilling plants.

R & D (Assurance of Quality):

Product development and optimization, including continual R & D is a routine aspect of ARMEC, leading on to improvisation and innovation. A genuine sense of commitment coupled with professional zeal impels our engineers and technicians to excel themselves in putting together a product par excellence. Testing, inspection, correction and optimization are crucial procedures in manufacturing and only then is Chilling Plant ready for delivery.
